Terms of exchange and return of goods of proper quality
Return of goods of proper quality is carried out in accordance with Article 26.1 "Remote method of selling goods" of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights":
The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days. Return of goods of proper quality is possible if their presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved. If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's submission of the relevant claim.
— the goods were not in use, i.e. the packaging is intact, there are no signs of use, the complete set is preserved (in case of loss of packaging, tags, labels, etc., a return or exchange is possible upon agreement with the store administrator);
— consumer properties are preserved;
— there is evidence of purchase of the goods from this seller: a sales receipt or cash register receipt, another document confirming payment for the goods (in case of loss of a receipt or other document, it is necessary to accurately establish the date of purchase, and only then a return/exchange is possible upon agreement with the store administrator);
— the goods are not included in the list of goods that are not subject to return or exchange;
— the goods are not technically complex.
Guarantees and conditions for the return of goods of inadequate quality
All goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty according to the terms specified in the attached warranty card and in the "Guarantee" section.
Return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out in accordance with Articles 18-24 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Features of the return of technically complex household goods for which a warranty period has been established (watches, winding boxes and other technically complex goods presented by us):
With regard to a technically complex product, if defects are discovered in it, the consumer has the right to refuse to fulfill the purchase and sale agreement and demand a refund of the amount paid for such product or make a demand for its replacement with a product of the same brand (model, article) or with the same product of another brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price within fifteen days from the date of transfer of such product to the consumer. Upon expiration of this period, the specified requirements are subject to satisfaction in one of the following cases:
• detection of a significant defect in the goods;
• violation of the deadlines for eliminating defects in the goods established by this Law;
• impossibility of using the goods during each year of the warranty period in total for more than thirty days due to repeated elimination of its various defects.
Refund for delivery
Refund for delivery is made only if the buyer cancels the order before it is sent.
In all other cases, refund for delivery is not made.
