The delivery time is agreed with the Delivery Service manager, who will contact you immediately after the goods arrive at the delivery service warehouse.

Delivery location
Delivery is carried out to the address specified when placing an order. If you need to deliver the goods to a different address, you must provide the address to the Delivery Service manager, who will contact you immediately after receiving the order.
Rules
Upon delivery, you will be given all the necessary documents for the purchase: sales receipt, cash receipt, and warranty card. When making a purchase for an organization, you will be given an invoice, as well as a consignment note, in which you must put the seal of your organization. The price indicated in the documents given to you by the courier is final, the courier does not have the right to adjust the price. The cost of delivery is highlighted in the purchase documents as a separate column.
ATTENTION! Please remember that you should check all technical parameters and consumer properties of the purchased goods with our manager before purchasing the goods. The duties of the Delivery Service employees do not include consultations and comments regarding the consumer properties of the goods. If you need to install the goods purchased in our store, you must inform our manager about this. When delivering the ordered goods to you, check the completeness of the delivered goods, the functionality of the goods, the compliance of the delivered goods with the description on our website, and also check the goods for mechanical damage. If you do not declare any claims regarding mechanical damage upon receipt of the goods, such claims will not be considered in the future. Order processing
Every day on business days until 15:00, orders placed after 15:00 are processed on the next business day, orders received on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are processed on the next business day.
The order processing period and its transfer to the courier service is up to 3 business days.
Delivery to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan
Orders to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan are delivered by SDEK; The delivery cost is calculated in the order form automatically, according to the SDEK service rates.
Attention: delivery is carried out only on condition of 100% prepayment of the order. The service is not provided for jewelry, as well as products with precious stones, since, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, they are not subject to sale and export abroad.
